Cardio and Strength

The intermediate level class combines aerobic fitness with resistive training. Participants must be able to get up and down off the floor with no assistance.

(45 min) A slow-paced practice that focuses more on holding poses for longer periods.

Tai Chi with Lester

A slow progression of repeated movements done in any order to improve focus, balance, breathing, coordination and relaxation. If you are new to the class, please wear comfortable clothes, bring a water botte and a positive mindset.

Body Fit

A full-body workout with a focus on weight resistance training and core conditioning. For all fitness levels, beginners to advanced, as modifications are offered.

Circuit Training

(45 min) A station-based class consisting of mod/high intensity exercises. Each station is performed for a specified amount of time

Balance and Posture

(30 min) Helping to develop basic skills in postural stability and balance; a great way to potentially prevent falls. Seated options available.

Barre

(45 min) A low impact, full body workout that combines the elements of ballet, yoga, Pilates, and strength training.

Intermediate Yoga

(45 Min) A flow focusing on increased strength and range of motion. It is ideal for participants who want to pursue a higher level in their yoga practice.
