Tai Chi with Lester

A slow progression of repeated movements done in any order to improve focus, balance, breathing, coordination and relaxation. If you are new to the class, please wear comfortable clothes, bring a water botte and a positive mindset.

Aqua Yoga

Aqua Yoga is a low impact class that practices yoga poses in the pool. This class improves flexibility using the pool’s buoyancy to move through a pain free range of motion. This practice also aids in arthritis and inflammation by soothing the central nervous system and relieving stress.

Chair Yoga

Chair yoga modifies yoga poses so that they can be done while seated in a chair. These modifications make yoga accessible to people who cannot stand or lack the mobility to move easily from standing to seated to supine positions. Chair yoga gives you the opportunity to stretch and strengthen, just like a traditional yoga practice.
