Apartments at the Quay

The Quay (pronounced “Kē”) is a collection of beautiful, open floor plan flats ranging from 1,770 to 2,150 square feet. Perfect for entertaining and quiet relaxation alike, the flats feature expansive lake views from inviting balconies, allowing residents to be as social or secluded as they desire.

The Ibis

Sunny spaces and expansive lake views give these gracious 1,770-square-foot retreats their cozy appeal. The Ibis features a gourmet peninsula kitchen, generous walk-in closets, and an expansive wall of windows providing plenty of natural light.

The Egret

The Camellia

A versatile choice, this dual-master, 1,230-square-foot apartment features a roomy second bedroom that can welcome guests or serve as a study, as well as spacious walk-in closets and a private patio or balcony.

The Magnolia

Often described as 1,540-square-feet of “elegant living space,” the Magnolia was designed for those who desire a little extra space. The apartment features spacious patios or balconies, one situated off the master suite, a generous foyer that flows into a light, airy living and dining room, and an extra room that can function as a separate study.

Apartments at the Meade

Beginning construction in early 2023, the Meade will encompass three boutique apartment buildings, each with four spacious apartments and a rooftop deck. Acting as a campus connecting point, the Meade will lie between the central amenities at Trawick Commons and the new Gadsden Glen property.

Construction in 2023 and move-in end of 2024.

The Sweetgrass

At 1,800 square feet, the Sweetgrass welcomes you with a lovely foyer that guides you into the kitchen, living, dining, and porch areas. Large windows, a fireplace, a separate den, and a wine bar with ample storage provide a wonderful opportunity for graceful entertaining. Dual master bedrooms on each end offer privacy with the availability of large closets and stunning bathrooms.

The Spartina

The Wando

The Wando Cottages at the Glebe offer gracious, community-style living, each featuring two-stories, an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, an attached two-car garage, and a generous front porch. Designed around a central garden courtyard, each cottage also includes a gourmet kitchen, a wet bar, a separate den, gas fireplaces, and other charming details. At more than 2,800 square feet, the Wando also includes a second story with additional living space, perfect for hosting guests.
