Help a fellow senior, lower income family or persons with disabilities in completing and filing their income tax returns with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program (VITA). Learn from fellow resident John Ward, an eight year VITA volunteer, on how it is incredibly rewarding and easy to help others.

Do you need a refresher on how to use BGLife and FullCount? Bring your device (phone, tablet, or laptop) to Blackmer Hall A on October 31st. Reganne Nowell, Communications Specialist, and Elizabeth Calhoun, Culinary Operations Manager, will lead a training session on both platforms. We will also provide one-on-one assistance after the class to answer any specific questions.

We are excited to announce that Worxhub, our EVS maintenance request system, is ready for integration with BG Life. This means you can submit and track your work orders right through the app! The request form will look different from the current one. To learn more about how the process for submitting work orders will function, please join us in Blackmer Hall on August 1st at 10:00 AM. Please register here, as the event will be limited to 30. If more residents are interested in attending, another session will be planned shortly after.
