Led by experienced chef and previous restaurant owner Jim Epper as Director of Culinary Services, Bishop Gadsden welcomes Executive Chef Chris “Ted” Jackson, Executive Sous-chef Kyle Christy, Pastry Chef Emily Cookson, and Operations Manager Kyle Markgraf.
