As our mission statement boldly says, Bishop Gadsden
embraces God’s call to ministry, serves with integrity, exercises wise
stewardship and reaches out with a generous spirit. Our mission is
reflected in our Bishop Christopher Gadsden Ministry of Financial Assistance.
Bishop Gadsden's Trustees are dedicated to ensuring that
this community will never be out of reach for people of average means and
can continue to serve residents who are no longer financially independent.
Our ministry, administered by our Development Office, is funded solely
through charitable gifts such as annual giving, memorial and tribute gifts,
and bequests. It serves current residents, individuals seeking residency and
a special program, Community Leaders in Residence. The goal of all three
programs is to remove economic barriers to residency.
